Production Line
Our factory is equipped with four professional automated production lines, covering PCB board manufacturing and assembly of multiple network communication equipment products. Each production line operates with standardized production procedures and stable output capacity, with clear product positioning and independent production systems. Detailed production capacity and product specifications of each line are as follows:
The first production line is dedicated to PCB board manufacturing. With mature processing technology and standardized production processes, this line achieves a monthly production capacity of 50,000 pieces of high-quality PCB boards, which serve as the core base components for our subsequent network equipment products.
The second production line specializes in the assembly of fiber converters. Adhering to precise assembly standards and process specifications, it maintains a stable monthly assembly capacity of 50,000 units, ensuring efficient and mass production of fiber converter products to meet market demand.
The third production line is responsible for network switch assembly. Equipped with professional assembly tooling and testing auxiliary equipment, the line realizes a monthly production capacity of 50,000 units of network switches, guaranteeing consistent product assembly quality and delivery efficiency.
The fourth production line undertakes the assembly of two types of extender products, including fiber extenders and network extenders. It has a monthly assembly capacity of 20,000 units for fiber extenders and 20,000 units for network extenders, covering the production demand of different extender series products.
Quality control is the core of our production management. All products manufactured on all production lines strictly go through three professional quality inspection procedures throughout the whole production process. The three-step quality inspection covers semi-finished product inspection during production, finished product functional testing, and final factory inspection. This rigorous quality control system effectively eliminates defective products, ensures that every finished product meets international industry quality standards, and guarantees high reliability and stability of our products for end-use applications.
OEM/ODM
We provide professional and customized OEM and ODM one-stop manufacturing services for global clients, covering full-process production solutions for network communication equipment and supporting PCB boards. Supported by our standardized production workshop, stable monthly production capacity, and strict quality control system, we can flexibly meet customers’ personalized customization, branded processing, and mass order production requirements.
Backed by four mature independent production lines, our service scope covers core product manufacturing and assembly, including custom PCB board production, fiber converter assembly, network switch assembly, fiber extender and network extender assembly.
